Lady S. Dyanne Parrott

Lady S. Dyanne Parrott was born in Newark, NJ on February 2nd, to Bill and Esther Mattox. After being invited by a friend to a brotherhood revival at Lighthouse Temple Church in Newark NJ, she was baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and received the Holy Ghost at the age of 14. While at Lighthouse Temple, under the leadership of the late Apostle J.W Parrott Sr., she served as Vice President of the Amour Bearers Young Peoples Union (ABYPU), a member of Missionary Board, and she sang in the church choirs.

Lady Parrott married Apostle A. Philip Parrott August 10, 1981, and from this union they have been blessed with three children: Elder Justin Philip Parrott, DeAndrea Faith Parrott and Shashauna DyAnne Parrott. The also have one precious granddaughter Jayla Dyona Atkins.

On May 1, 1993, Lady Parrott became the First Lady  of the Bible Way Temple of Deliverance located in Trenton, New Jersey where she continues to work beside her husband. In Lady Parrott’s role of being First Lady, she has served her local church in following capacities: Choir Directress, Praise & Worship Leader, Chair of the Finance Committee, Women’s Day Chairlady. On Mother’s Day in 2007, she was appointed by her Pastor as Church Mother of the Bible Way Temple of Deliverance with the blessings and prayer of the Founding Queen Mother, Mother Estelle Clark. Additionally, in 2013 Lady Parrott was appointed by Chief Apostle Huie L. Roger to serve as the Vice President of the National Clergy Wives and Widows of Covenant of the Bible Way Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ World Wide, Inc.

Lady Dyanne Parrott was educated in the Newark Public School System and furthered her education at Essex County Community College, studying English and Journalism. She also attended and graduated from Lyons Institute where she received her certificate as a Medical Assistant. In 2001, she graduated from Mercer County Community College receiving her degree in Humanities and Social Sciences.

First Lady is often uplifted by one of her favorite scriptures, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Roman 8:28)”. She aptly applies it in her walk of faith; knowing that she is called by God for His divine purpose, as she strives to serve the body of Christ in the spirit excellence.
